YFC Leadership Academy

YFC L.A. is a leadership developement strategy designed for local ministry sites to provide bibically faithful, culturally relevant, and intentionally consistent local coaching for ministry volunteers, interns and staff that combines the following pieces: College Courses, Training and Ministry Engagement. YFC L.A  is designed to compliment an Associate's Degree in any other field of study.  It provides the nessary coaching, ministry experience & theological college courses to create a foundation for a fruitful ministry.
